Nothing is more important in our business than being on time. This is why we place major emphasis on our relationships with freight carriers in every modality, from ocean, to land to air. We cultivate these relationships in order to provide our distributors with the best service and price on shipping. Same day shipping is available to the US on orders received by 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Much of what we ship to North American destinations by ground is prepaid, as this benefit is applied to stock orders exceeding $1,000 US to the 48 states and those exceeding $1,500 US to Canada. We will also ship direct to your customer. Special handling is our specialty and service is our prime objective.
